If you’re looking for a pretty cheap healthy midweek dinner look no further. This hits the spot and is super adaptable to whatever you have to use.

2-3 cups veggies (any kind)
Meat as much as you want and any kind
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp ginger and/or garlic
Noodles of your choice, if using instant noodles rehydrate in boiling water for 2 minutes then add to the pan.
Brown the meat, once its browned add the veggies, garlic or ginger and sauces. Cook on medium for around 5 minutes.
Add around 1/2 to 1 cup of water and throw in your noodles. Toss to cover in the sauce and cook all the way through. Add more water as needed.
Notes
I usually use cabbage sliced thinly along with onion, capsicum, carrots and anything else to use up. You can use any veggies you have on hand, tonight I used frozen mixed veggies.
Somewhat less glamorous, but here’s how it turned out irl
